Preorder Fulfilment Times

For preorders, all mats are printed in a batch run at the end of the sale period. The average turnaround time is around 10-20 business days from the cut off date.

Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.

Playmat Availability

As a small, two (mostly one) -person endeavour, we currently operate our web stores based on a limited preorder-and-aftersale model. As such, playmat stocks post-preorder are extremely limited and designs may not return in the future.

Playmat Care

Playmats can be washed by hand with water and soap, or machine-washed with cold water and detergent in a delicates bag or pillowcase. Do not place in a dryer or expose to heat.

Sustainability

All of our products are made locally in Australia, reducing transport emissions and supporting local businesses. We also strive to use greener packaging and are constantly improving on this. Choose Stripe at checkout to contribute a small percentage of your purchase to fund carbon renewal projects via Stripe Climate.

Etsy

We do indeed have an Etsy store. You're welcome to check us out there and make your purchases there if you're more comfortable doing that. Our Big Cartel prices are a little cheaper, though, and a little more of the money goes to us instead of platform fees :)
